Review of contracts, payment applications, commercial submissions, and project documentation to support transparency and contractual compliance.
3. Main Point of Contact & Coordination
Coordination and follow-up with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain communication flow and issue resolution.
4. Expenditure & Cashflow Monitoring
Monitoring of project expenditure, anticipated costs, payment schedules, and cashflow forecasts to support financial visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Progress Reporting & Visibility
Regular reporting, meeting coordination, dashboards, and project updates designed to improve client visibility and project tracking.
